Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately as our items are made to order, we DO NOT offer refunds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return for a full exchange, subject to the following policy:

  • All exchanges should be accompanied by an original receipt.  

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of product. If the item was shipped, it would be within 7 days after you signed received for your package. 

  • The returned or exchanged product should be unused & undamaged with all original packaging. 

  • The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. This includes the cost for returning the package to us and for the new order to be shipped to you. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Upon receipt of returned goods, roseberrypapercompany.com reserves the right to deny return if the product does not meet policy requirements. 

  • Only purchases made on roseberrypapercompany.com will be eligible for exchanges. We will not exchange if you have purchased from a re-seller. 

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

 

Damaged Items 

We try to ensure the quality and safe delivery of all our products. If your item arrived defective or broken, please contact us immediately via email at hello@roseberrypapercompany.com.

 

How to Make an Exchange 

Please contact us at hello@roseberrypapercompany.com to initiate an exchange. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process for eligible items. 

 

Disclaimer 

Products are treated with finishing products to ensure their integrity upon completion. Notwithstanding, handmade items should not be exposed to harsh light or extreme temperatures as this could impact the longevity of the product.

Order Cancellation: 

If you would like to cancel your online order, it must be within 24 hours from your original purchase time and 

date.  

 

In circumstances where orders are fulfilled within that time frame, we would not be able to cancel your order.
